Ingredients (for 16 servings):
1 cup apricot jam
¾ cup ground pecans
1/3 cup sugar
3 and ¼ fat-free biscuit mixture for baking
1/8 tsp cardamom
1 cup skim milk
2/3 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tsp melted butter
3 tbsp jam in a small bowl. Cover, refrigerate.
In a bowl, mix the pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and the remaining jam. Set aside.
To prepare the dough in a large bowl, mix the biscuit mixture, sugar and cardamom. Add eggs, milk, sour cream, butter. Mix the resulting mass with the contents of the first bowl.
Put a third of the dough in a baking dish, pre-oiled. Sprinkle half of the existing pecans. Pour a few more layers of dough in the same way.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 225C. Remove, allow to cool for 15 minutes, only then remove from the mold. In the microwave, heat the remaining jam, pour on the pie.
